'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation de la salle du Lierenbuckel de Bourbach-le-Bas :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Implant\u00e9e dans un cadre naturel privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, la salle du Lierenbuckel, enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9e en 2022, constitue un lieu id\u00e9al pour l\u2019organisation de vos \u00e9v\u00e9nements priv\u00e9s et familiaux (mariages, anniversaires, f\u00eates diverses, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil maximale de 175 personnes, elle dispose d\u2019une cuisine professionnelle enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9e, comprenant notamment une chambre froide ainsi que l\u2019ensemble du mat\u00e9riel, des ustensiles et de la vaisselle n\u00e9cessaires, permettant soit la pr\u00e9paration directe des repas, soit l\u2019intervention facilit\u00e9e d\u2019un traiteur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019espace comprend \u00e9galement un bar \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une tireuse \u00e0 bi\u00e8re et d\u2019armoires r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es. Le confort des usagers est assur\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me de chauffage et de climatisation par pompe \u00e0 chaleur, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par une centrale de traitement d\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>La salle est accessible aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite (PMR), conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipements ext\u00e9rieurs viennent compl\u00e9ter l\u2019ensemble : city-stade, terrain de p\u00e9tanque, sc\u00e8ne de plein air et vaste parking \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Compte tenu de la forte demande, toute Un exemplaire de ces documents lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis et sign\u00e9 par ses soins.<\/p>\n<p>Il est rappel\u00e9 que la capacit\u00e9 maximale autoris\u00e9e de la salle est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 175 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Toute sous-locations est interdite, sauf autorisation exceptionnelle d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par la Mairie.<\/p>\n<p>Les loyers sont exigibles apr\u00e8s facturation et doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9s par ch\u00e8que, virement bancaire ou en esp\u00e8ce aupr\u00e8s de la tr\u00e9sorerie de Guebwiller.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d\u2019annulation de la r\u00e9servation, les sommes dues seront factur\u00e9es selon les modalit\u00e9s suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100% du montant si l\u2019annulation intervient moins de deux mois avant la date pr\u00e9vue de location,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 70% du montant si l\u2019annulation intervient entre deux et six mois avant la date pr\u00e9vue de location.<\/p>\n<p>Un ch\u00e8que de caution, \u00e9tabli \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du Tr\u00e9sor Public, devra \u00eatre remis lors du d\u00e9p\u00f4t du dossier.<\/p>\n<p>Le locataire devra \u00e9galement fournir une attestation d\u2019assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile, mentionnant obligatoirement l\u2019adresse de la salle ainsi que les dates de location, au moment du d\u00e9p\u00f4t du dossier.<\/p>\n<p>Le nettoyage de la salle fera l\u2019objet d\u2019un contr\u00f4le lors de l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux. Si celui-ci n\u2019est pas valid\u00e9 par l\u2019agent communal, un forfait nettoyage suppl\u00e9mentaire sera factur\u00e9 comme suit :<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pour une location week-end : 350\u20ac<br \/>\n\u2013 Pour une location journali\u00e8re : 200\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>Un \u00e9tat des lieux d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie sera \u00e9tabli conjointement par le bailleur et le locataire. En cas de d\u00e9gradation, de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration ou de casse de mobilier ou de mat\u00e9riel, un devis sera \u00e9tabli pour les r\u00e9parations ou remplacements n\u00e9cessaires.
